COVID-19's Impact on Shipping:
Please note that there may be delays from our package delivery partners. Package delivery hubs are experiencing unprecidented employee shortages, which are causing delays. As such, all carriers have eliminated guaranteed delivery time. Please plan on ordering early to take into account the slower than normal delivery times.
Shipping Addresses
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days of receipt. Please verify all shipping addresses are correct, current and include any Apartment, Building, Suite, Room or Floor numbers. Aunt Ruby's Peanuts is not responsible for late, lost or stolen shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipments will incur additional charges. UPS charges us for each incorrect and incomplete address even though the package is delivered. These charges could be billed to you so please confirm the recipient has not moved and the address is correct and complete. Please call 800-732-6887 if you are concerned about your order arriving on a particular date.
Shipping Rates
Aunt Ruby's Peanuts ships via UPS Ground to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to P O Boxes.

If total order weight for non case items exceeds 50 lbs, it will be split into multiple shipments and additional shipping charges will apply. Try to consolidate weight by ordering by the case.
Lightweight shipments (any package under 8 lbs.) will ship via FedEx SmartPost and be delivered via your local US Postal Service. For these packages, please make sure to add 1-2 delivery days to the below Time in Transit map.
